We are currently seeking a Full-time Quartz and Cabinet Sales to join our team.

Responsibilities

: Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the fabricator market. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Hours: Monday thru Friday; 8:30am - 5:30pm, 1 hour lunch Saturday 9am -1pm (Rotating Weekends Overtime pay x 1.5) commission plus bonus as you sell more.

Qualifications

: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in quartz sales or a related field - Strong negotiation and sales skills. Bilingual in English and Mandarin - Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior - U.S. work authorization - English and Mandarin/ Spanish(preferred)

Compensation

: This position offers a competitive compensation package based on base plus commission pay structure.
