Are you looking for a great place to work? We are seeking a skilled Inside Sales/ Customer Service Professional to join our team. The duties and responsibilities vary greatly each day of the week. This position would be a perfect fit for someone who is a quick learner, adaptable and curious. Job

Duties

:

• Solicit & service commercial classified picture & line accounts by telephone, email, text etc. (such as Realtors or the Services industry, etc.).
• Generate leads from new sources, & contact for advertising.
• Customer service duties (answering phones, responding to emails, booking ads, resolving customer issues, & taking payments).
• Help the front office staff with incoming calls & walk-in customers.
• Prepare professional proposals & sales campaigns promptly.
• Create advertising plans for seasonal customers
• Sell advertising into all 4 editions of The Exchange.
• Track weekly sales and continue to maintain and increase revenues. Experience/Skills:
• College degree in business or related field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of sales process and dynamics.
• Adaptability to an ever changing environment & be able to multi-task. Pay/

Benefits

Hourly pay plus commission. Medical available after 3 months full time. Simple IRA plan after 1 year.
