We're looking for a driven and strategic Managing Director to lead our day-to-day operations and foster a collaborative and high-performing culture. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company and leaving a lasting impact on the Boulder real estate industry. What You 'll Do: Strategic Leadership
- Set and execute the office's strategic direction in alignment with the global company's brand and mission.
- Cultivate a collaborative, forward-thinking environment focused on growth and innovation.
- Identify new opportunities in the Boulder market to strengthen brand presence and market share.
- Act as the company's public speaker and/or representative for the purpose of strengthening its profile both internally and externally. Business Development & Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with top-producing agents, and business partners, to lead recruiting initiatives.
- Develop and execute ongoing retention strategies among current agents, including business planning, strategic check-ins, and helping to implement ongoing market trends that drive their business forward. Operations & Project Oversight
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the office runs efficiently, aligning with company goals.
- Develop and manage brand awareness, marketing, and coordinate bi-weekly sales meetings, CE classes, and office events.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Manage the marketing and transaction staff to ensure they are performing to their best and work to preventing issues and resolving problems.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and work with the managing broker to monitor regulatory changes affecting the industry and act on any necessary actions required at a local level.
- Solve operational challenges proactively with an eye toward scale and sustainability. Financial & Performance Management
- Develop and manage budgets, financial projections, and review vendor contracts.
- Monitor financial performance and sales goals to drive revenue growth through strategic decision-making. People & Culture Leadership
- Inspire and lead a team of real estate professionals, fostering accountability and professional growth.
- Promote a high-performance culture that aligns with company values.
- Ensure all company policies and legal standards are upheld and communicated effectively.
Who You Are
and
What You Bring
:
- A natural leader with a proven track record in residential real estate or luxury product/development sales.
- Financially savvy, operationally sharp, and highly collaborative.
- Visionary thinker who anticipates trends and inspires innovation.
- Real Estate License in the State of Colorado (or previously licensed and willing to reactivate license).
- 3-5 years of residential real estate experience.
- Proven track record of successful leadership, including experience in managing complex projects and teams from concept to completion.
- Wide knowledge in marketing, sales, and operations in residential real estate.
- Understanding of basic legal requirements of real estate sales.
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Communications, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
