CoverageX is a fast-growing, high-quality vehicle service contracts and home warranty provider dedicated to helping customers find the right solutions with confidence. Our pre-screeners play a vital role as the first point of contact with customers, setting the stage for a successful sales process. We are looking for a Trainer: Pre-Qualifying Screener to equip our team with the skills, tools, and confidence needed to determine eligibility, handle rebuttals, and effectively use our systems. What You 'll Do

• Develop and deliver training programs tailored to pre-screeners, focusing on:
• Determining customer eligibility based on CoverageX criteria.
• Handling common rebuttals and overcoming objections with professionalism.
• Navigating internal systems, CRM, and call scripts with accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct role-play exercises and mock calls to strengthen pre-screeners' confidence.
• Review recorded calls and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Partner with sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps and update training content.
• Reinforce compliance standards and ensure pre-screeners understand regulatory requirements.
• Track performance metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Support ongoing skill development through one-on-one coaching and refresher sessions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales training, telemarketing, education, or teaching
• Strong understanding of eligibility screening, qualification processes, and objection handling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and call center technology or ability to learn systems quickly and teach system navigation effectively.
• Comfortable analyzing performance data and making training recommendations.
• Ability to motivate new hires and tenured pre-screeners to consistently hit performance goals.
• Eligibility to obtain a telemarketing license in the state of Texas
