• Leadership or supervisory experience is required.

• Experience in senior care or healthcare is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle with insurance.
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office); must be able to learn new CRM and operational software (e.g., Salesforce) quickly.
• Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check as a condition of employment. -

Key Responsibilities

: Operational Leadership & Team Management:

• Direct and oversee the day-to-day operational flow of the agency.
• Supervise, mentor, and coach team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, franchise standards, and state/federal regulations.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement. Business Growth & Sales Execution:
• Actively engage in the full sales cycle, from initial consultation.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to build trust and lasting relationships with clients and their families.
