Overview

Servant Roofing & Construction is hiring motivated individuals to join our sales team. No roofing or sales experience is required -- we provide structured onboarding, scripts, and field support to help you succeed. This is a door-to-door sales role focused on educating homeowners, scheduling roof inspections, and guiding customers through the process with professionalism and integrity. What You 'll Do

• Canvas neighborhoods door-to-door in assigned areas
• Speak with homeowners about roof inspections and storm-related damage
• Schedule free roof inspections
• Build trust through clear, honest communication
• Work closely with team leaders and production staff What We 're Looking For
• Experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Comfortable talking to homeowners face-to-face
• Coachable, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus (not required)

Compensation

• Commission-based pay with high earning potential
