Overview

Qualifications

:

• Requires 2 years of automotive sales.
• Excellent customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, and great communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated with a willingness to continuously prospect to sell a minimum quota (or more!) on an ongoing basis.
• Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision.
• handling online and phone inquiries to sell vehicles by communicating with customers, providing product information, generating leads, and managing online sales processes.
• Be self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Excel in creating positive online-to-showroom experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

:

• Answering Sales leads by phone, text message, and email
• Setting Appointments to Show and Sell new or pre-owned vehicles.
• Familiarizing Customers' with the Features and Controls on their New Vehicle
• Negotiate Sales: Work with customers to negotiate the sales price, financing, and other details of the transaction.
• Following up with Sold and Unsold leads
• Create a great customer experience to maintain a customer database to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Have in-depth knowledge of our Honda line up, current incentives, and financing options.
• Maintain professional and outgoing attitude. Job Type: Full-time Projected Total

Compensation

: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
