The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of automotive sales processes and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. As a Car Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and contributing to the overall success of our dealership.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their automotive needs through effective questioning.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
• Utilize retail math to assist customers in understanding financing options and payment plans.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in inventory management tasks.
• Conduct cold calling efforts to generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing sales performance.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive buying experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings. Skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in software applications related to automotive sales and inventory management.
• Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
