What You'll Do

:

• Prospect and develop new business in manufacturing sectors such as OEMs, steel, food, and automation.
• Meet with plant managers, maintenance supervisors, and decision-makers to uncover needs.
• Sell repair, integration, and automation services that keep plants running efficiently.
• Promote our hands-on Control Panel Troubleshooting Training for maintenance teams as a unique value-add.
• Build a strong book of recurring business by providing consistent value.
• Plan all visits and outreach in advance and keep your CRM updated.
• Track key performance metrics and take ownership of your territory. What You Can Earn:
• $120,000+ total earning potential (base plus commission)
• Uncapped commission structure starting at 5 percent and scaling to 10 percent
• $500 bonus for every new qualified account
• Monthly car allowance and gas reimbursement

What You Bring

:

• Proven track record in outside B2B sales (industrial or technical preferred)
• Hunter mindset with a drive to prospect and close
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using CRM software and Google Workspace
