About the Role

: EKKO Material Handling Equipment is seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Sales & Website Coordinator. This dual-role position requires someone who is equally comfortable talking to customers and prospects as they are updating product listings and maintaining our online presence.

Responsibilities

: Sales: Reach out to leads and existing clients to generate and close sales Respond to inbound sales inquiries and provide product recommendations Build and maintain strong customer relationships Support the sales team with quotes, orders, and CRM updates

Qualifications

: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or inside sales Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Wix, etc.) Comfortable with basic image editing, uploading content, and managing listings Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-starter able to manage multiple tasks independently Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Chinese) a plus Preferred but not required: Experience with product-based or B2B sales Familiarity with digital marketing or SEO Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
