Outdoor Clothing & Gear Sales Specialist (Full-Time + Growth Opportunities) Location: Arvada Army Surplus - Olde Town Arvada, CO Pay: Pay: $18/hour to start | $20+/hour as Key Holder | $45-50K salary as Buyer Job Type: Full-time (Weekend availability required) Shift Times: Most shifts 12-8pm; some 8-4pm or 10-6pm

Responsibilities

• Recommend and sell outdoor clothing, boots, and surplus gear
• Assist customers with footwear fittings and gear selection
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Operate the register and process transactions accurately
• Contribute to a strong team culture --help where help is needed What You 'll Need
• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience (outdoor or footwear a plus)
• Good with people, product knowledge, and problem-solving
• Basic computer and math skills
• Able to stand for 8-hour shifts , lift boxes, and restock shelves This job is a civilian position and does not require military service (including commission and enlistment).
