You'll act as the liaison between production and customers, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and accurately while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with order processing, tracking, and follow-up from production to customer delivery.
• Perform data entry and basic clerical tasks (filing, printing, etc.).
• Serve as a customer service liaison for multiple clients.
• Manage multiple tasks/projects while responding positively to customer requests.

Requirements

:

• 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Strong understanding sales cycle, or ability to quickly learn.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
