What You 'll Do: You'll be the friendly voice (and sometimes face) of One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning -- connecting with customers, sharing updates, and helping people stay comfortable in their homes. Your day-to-day:

• Call current and past customers about renewals, services, and special offers (about 75% of your day).
• Schedule appointments, answer questions, and keep great notes.
• Spend the other 25% of your time out in the community -- meeting neighbors, sharing info, and building relationships.

Who You Are

:

• Outgoing, positive, and confident with people -- on the phone or in person
• Friendly and professional, with a strong work ethic
• A team player who brings energy and good vibes
• Comfortable being outdoors and chatting with new people
• Motivated to hit goals and grow your career What You 'll Need:
• Monday-Friday availability (some Saturdays)
• 2+ years in customer service, call center, or related work
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel -- we'll teach the rest!)
• Valid driver's license + clean record
