Our team helps clients improve customer satisfaction, strengthen customer retention, and enhance the overall customer experience through personalized, face-to-face engagement strategies. As we continue to expand campaigns for our client, Frontier , we are hiring an Entry Level Sales Trainee to join our growing team. This role is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and telecommunications while receiving structured training and ongoing support. The Entry Level Sales Trainee will work directly with customers to educate them on Frontier fiber internet services, assist with enrollment, and help meet campaign sales goals.

Responsibilities

of the Entry Level Sales Trainee

• Engage directly with new and prospective customers in assigned residential areas to discuss Frontier fiber internet products and services
• Conduct professional, enthusiastic conversations and respond to customer questions accurately
• Present and explain Frontier service options, tailoring sales conversations to customer needs
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that add value for the customer
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales and enrollment process to ensure a positive experience
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and maintain consistent customer service standards
• Provide post-enrollment support by addressing customer concerns and reinforcing brand trust

Qualifications

of the Entry Level Sales Trainee

• 0-1 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management preferred (training provided)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn sales techniques
• Reliable, professional attitude and ability to work independently in the field Position

Overview

- Entry Level Sales Trainee

• Employment Type: Full-time (30-40 hours per week)

Compensation

: Commission-only ($70 per new Frontier customer enrolled)

• Performance Expectations: Average of 10 or more new enrollments per week
• Location: Pomona, CA
• Daily in-office meetings required
• Fieldwork conducted in assigned residential territories within the local market
• Products & Services: Frontier fiber optic internet and home cable services Pay: From $800.00 per week
