We are looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team in Blue Springs, MO. Requirements

• Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with clients over the phone
• Coachable, consistent, and able to follow structured processes
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, email, quoting tools)
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Blue Springs, MO
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a desire to build a long-term career

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound leads with a professional and consultative approach
• Identify client needs, collect underwriting information, and prepare insurance quotes
• Educate customers on coverage options, pricing, and protection strategies
• Follow our proven sales process and maintain accurate activity records
• Collaborate with account managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
• Meet monthly production goals and maintain a high standard of client service
• Participate in ongoing coaching, team meetings, and professional development
