Talent Sphere Solutions is hiring on behalf of one of our valued clients for a motivated and driven Entry-Level Account Manager to join their growing team. This is a W-2, in-person B2B sales position ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in business development, client relationships, and team leadership through real-world experience. In this role, you will connect directly with small to mid-sized businesses, work alongside experienced account managers, and support customer acquisition efforts through face-to-face outreach and professional relationship-building. This opportunity offers a clear path for advancement into leadership and management based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior account managers with B2B sales outreach and account growth initiatives
• Engage with business owners and decision-makers to present products, services, and current offers
• Deliver confident, solutions-based presentations and answer client questions
• Assist with daily sales goals, performance tracking, and territory activity
• Build and maintain professional relationships to drive long-term business results
• Collaborate with team members to increase brand awareness and revenue growth
• Represent client brands with professionalism, energy, and integrity

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable meeting with businesses and engaging face-to-face
