Overview

> We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service while showcasing our latest collections. Your enthusiasm for fashion, combined with your sales skills and product knowledge, will help create memorable shopping experiences that foster customer loyalty and support our growth objectives. <

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and engage them with genuine enthusiasm to create a welcoming environment
• Assist customers with product selections, providing detailed product demos and styling advice
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
• Conduct merchandising activities including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store looks inviting
• Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending additional items to enhance their purchase
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via messaging platforms
• Support inventory management through stock replenishment and accurate record keeping <

Qualifications

>

• Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in a grocery store or fashion retail environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Basic math skills for cashiering, retail math calculations, and cash handling procedures
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations
• Demonstrated ability to supervise or lead a team is advantageous
• Knowledge of merchandising, product demos, and upselling techniques
