Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Base + Commission | $40K-$50K+ Uncapped Location: In-Office Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation

: Hourly base + commission + performance bonuses On-Target Earnings: $40,000-$50,000+ (uncapped) This Role Is for Performers -- Not Toe-Dippers We are a rapidly growing insurance agency building a disciplined, competitive sales organization. Our SDRs are the engine of our growth. This is not a casual calling job -- it's a pipeline-driving role with clear expectations, daily metrics, and real earning upside. What You'll Do

• Contact warm inbound and outbound leads
• Qualify prospects and set high-quality appointments for licensed sales agents
• Transfer engaged prospects and support agents in hitting daily and weekly goals
• Control conversations using proven talk tracks and sales frameworks
• Track activity, appointments, and outcomes in our CRM
