Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or a related sales role
• Strong ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Experience with lead generation, cold calling, and relationship-based selling
• Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) for tracking leads and sales activity
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct product demos and client presentations
• Strong organizational and territory management skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for long-term relationship building
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory as needed
• Must be able to communicate in Spanish; English is a plus
