Spa Sales Associate Job Opening $16 Per Hour + Commission - Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Leawood, KS is currently seeking polished and professional candidates that are passionate about sales, as well as health and well-being. Responsibilities

• Ensure guests have an amazing experience from check in to check out
• Encourage guest feedback and problem solve complaints in a professional and timely matter
• Arrive to work each day with a positive and energetic attitude
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
• Meet membership sales goals
• Maintain spa cleanliness
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
• Assist new guests in the completion of paperwork

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Must be capable of working flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Must possess problem-solving and organizational/planning skills
• Have a strong knowledge of operational practices
• Must be willing to provide excellent customer service
• Must have knowledge of spa treatments
• Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Must be an effective communicator
• Must be able to train and motivate incoming team members
• Must be a strong team player
• Must be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be punctual
• Must be organized
• Must be able to perform spa cleaning duties as well as keep a tidy workspace
• Must be able to prioritize and delegate
