Now Hiring: Sales Representative, Sales Consultant, Account Executive, Business Development professional. Handle leads, present estimates, negotiate pricing, overcome objections, and close high-ticket deals. $90K-$120K/year. We are hiring a Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, measure properties, and close deals. Turf or outdoor services experience is a plus, but not required. This role is ideal for a confident closer who is comfortable doing basic math, measuring accurately, and selling high-ticket services face- to-face. What You 'll Do:

• Meet with qualified leads for in-person estimates
• Accurately measure properties and calculate pricing (math confidence is required)
• Present solutions clearly and professionally
• Follow up with prospects and close deals efficiently
• Build trust with clients through honesty, professionalism, and consistency
• Conduct estimates from the ground (no climbing roofs or ladders; digital tools provided) What We 're Looking For:
• Sales experience with a proven ability to close
• Turf, landscaping, or outdoor services experience preferred but not required
• Strong confidence with measurements, numbers, and calculations
• Comfortable meeting clients in person and handling objections
• Professional appearance and communication style
• Self-motivated, reliable, and driven by performance-based income

Compensation

:

• $90,000-$120,000+ per year
