The Steve Napleton Dealer Group is looking for an Internet Sales BDC Representative that is a self-starter to join our team at our Honda store located in Morton Grove, IL. Internet Sales

Responsibilities

: We are currently looking for full time, motivated, outgoing, team driven professionals to join our Business Development Center at our newly renovated Honda store. Internet sales BDC representatives schedule, confirm, and remind new and existing customers of sales appointments. Candidates must be well spoken and have excellent telephone skills. Primary responsibilities and requirements: Sales BDC Associates are responsible to handle inbound and outbound appointment calls, emails, and texts for their dealership. Candidates must be able to multitask and converse on the phone while setting appointments utilizing multiple computer systems.
