Overview

We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative who enjoys meeting new people, providing in-person estimates, and closing deals. This role includes on-the-job training, with the duration based on prior industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive company-provided, qualified leads for in-person estimates
• Generate additional leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Meet with clients to assess needs and present customized solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
• Track leads and follow-ups using our CRM system
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Coordinate with operations to ensure a smooth client experience Our Services

• Strong people and communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
• Professional, reliable, and positive attitude
• Sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)
• Comfortable using CRM and basic office software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (company vehicle provided)
• Ability to pass a drug screening Earning Potential Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, with quarterly performance bonuses. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
