• Sell solar systems directly and through team success
• Train and manage a high-performing sales team
• Execute door-to-door and neighborhood campaigns
• Deliver consistent weekly results and client satisfaction
• Guide reps with structured mentorship Pay & Incentives: Earn $85K-$125K+ with base salary, team bonuses, and advance commissions. Paid weekly. Schedule & Location: Onsite in Chicago, IL. Weekday focus with flexible fieldwork hours.

Requirements

:

• D2D or in-home sales experience required
• Solar sales experience highly preferred
• Proven track record in leadership or mentoring
• Competitive and coachable attitude
