We work to improve our world through HONOR , HONESTY , HUMILITY and HUSTLE. Task(s) Summary: Meet with clients and put together estimates for a variety of potential new project (residential and light commercial)

Responsibilities

:

• Meet new clients with a goal and expectation of working with them (sales)
• Prepare project estimates and submit them to clients
• Maintain contact with clients and initiate sales
• Facilitate through the design process (if part of the project)
• Perform initial site walk with Project Manager
• Answer questions throughout the course of the project Required Skills:
• Knowledge of construction
• Ability to read blueprints
• Great communicator, both verbally and in text
• Good with numbers
• Average computer skills
• Good memory
• Must have high attention to detail
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Demonstrates prioritization, organization, time-management and problem-solving skills
• Strong ability to "think on your feet"
• Positive attitude & self-starter
• Team player Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
