Compensation

Structure: This role is paid base salary and commission. Our On-Target Earnings (OTE) are designed as a 50% salary / 50% commission mix, with uncapped commission for over-achievement. This is a direct face to face sales position working with homeowners and tenants in assigned neighborhoods. What You 'll Do:

• Help homeowners go green with solar and wind energy solutions
• Show business owners how to save on energy bills
• Connect with customers and guide them through energy-saving options
