Your First-Month Target You'll be expected to write $50,000+ in Property & Casualty premium in your first month. Why? • Engage warm and cold leads, uncover client needs, and close policies confidently.
• Provide consultative coverage recommendations to protect clients' homes, autos, and more.
• Manage follow-ups and renewals with professionalism and urgency.

• Proven sales experience (insurance or similar performance-driven field)
• Texas Property & Casualty License (Required)
