Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and direct sales presentations to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Utilize software tools for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities.
• Engage in upselling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on lead generation and market penetration.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Skills
• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales is highly desirable.
• Strong cold calling skills with the ability to initiate conversations with potential clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Familiarity with software applications related to sales management and lead generation.
• Ability to upsell products or services effectively based on customer needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills combined with a customer-focused mindset.
