Full description of the position

We are looking for a passionate Account Manager to be responsible for client relationships in the healthcare Revenue Cycle field. This role will involve coordinating with clients on Revenue Cycle strategy, pain points, and opportunities. Prior healthcare Revenue Cycle experience is required. This is a client facing role with a focus on relationship building with all levels of client leadership. This candidate should have experience working with C-level executives and will be responsible for planning and driving SparkChange's engagement with clients and sharing SparkChange's value.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on engagement strategy and and monitor engagement deliverables
• Responsible for executive status updates
• Build client relationships, including identifying additional business opportunities
• Leverage data, industry, and system expertise to support current and long-term business office success
• Willing to travel onsite to work with all levels of client leadership, including c-level executives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Passion for healthcare revenue cycle IT
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
