Job description: Marc Realty is one of the largest Full Service Commercial Real Estate Companies in the Chicagoland Area with a portfolio of over 35 properties in the best locations. We are currently seeking an entrepreneurial self-starter to join our team and generate leads for our downtown Chicago portfolio. This is a full-time position that requires a highly-motivated individual, excellent communication skills, confidence, and professionalism in both appearance and attitude. Essential

Responsibilities

:

• Generate sales leads for assigned properties
• Attend client meetings & conduct showings
• Correspond with potential clients and their brokers
• Network to identify potential new business opportunities Skills/

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
• Familiar with commercial contracts & leases
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Work collaboratively with other employees at all levels
• Reliable vehicle for travel Required Experience :
• Commercial Real Estate experience is preferred Required License or Certification:
• State of Illinois Broker license is required
