Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a designated territory, Richmond Virginia area and suburbs, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for presenting home improvement products in-home to homeowners interested in roofing windows siding trim and doors.

Duties

• Manage and develop relationships with existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities within your territory.
• Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and preferences, ensuring that our offerings align with market demands.
• Execute direct sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales plans and promotional strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account status in the CRM system. Skills

• Proven experience in account management, demonstrating the ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
• Expertise in direct sales techniques with a focus on achieving measurable results.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with diverse clients.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
