What You 'll Do

• Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations.
• Attend assigned marketing events to engage homeowners in conversations about their upcoming projects.
• Share how ProXteriors' window, doors, siding, and gutter products can improve home comfort and appearance.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations for our design and sales team.
• Represent ProXteriors with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation goals. What We 're Looking For
• Must be 18 or older with reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Outgoing, positive, and confident personality.
• Self-motivated and driven to meet goals.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners at their doors.
• No prior experience required -- we provide paid training! What We Offer
