Job Summary

As a Regional Account Manager (RAM) , you will represent the Shamrock brand by supporting customers across the hospital and retail pharmacy markets. You will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely, accurate labeling solutions. No prior experience is required -- we provide training for candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative, and a desire to learn. What You 'll Do

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person as needed
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Act as the first point of contact for customer questions and escalations
• Coordinate with production, graphics, and shipping teams
• Support Strategic Account Managers with quotes and follow-ups
• Reach out to customers to support reorders and new sales opportunities
• Analyze customer order history to anticipate needs
• Manage customer projects from start to finish What We 're Looking For
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in sales, customer service, or account management
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) Education & Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• College degree a plus, not required
• Customer service or sales experience helpful but not required

Work Environment

Hybrid position based in Oak Brook, Illinois , with a combination of in- office and remote work.
