Job Summary

: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Retail Marketing and Sales Associate to support our marketing efforts in retail environments. This role will help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and in-store promotions through strategic marketing and sales campaigns and visual merchandising. The ideal candidate has a passion for retail sales, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Assist in the planning and execution of retail marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Coordinate with store teams to ensure marketing and sales materials are delivered and displayed correctly.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of in-store marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align messaging and promotions.
• Support product launches and seasonal campaigns with engaging retail displays.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
• Maintain brand consistency across all retail touchpoints.
• Collect and report customer feedback and sales data to improve marketing efforts.

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, retail, or a related role (internships count).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Preferred Skills:
• Experience in visual merchandising or store operations.
• Knowledge of social media and digital marketing basics.
