Motorcycle Sales Specialist Texas Harley-Davidson - Bedford, TX Full-Time | Commission-Based + Bonus Structure

• What You 'll Do:
• Assist customers in selecting motorcycles that fit their style, needs, and budget
• Build genuine relationships with riders and enthusiasts
• Manage leads and follow-up using our CRM system (Victory)
• Coordinate with finance, service, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and product features
• What We 're Looking For:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy, positive attitude, and coachable mindset
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Motorcycle endorsement or willingness to obtain one preferred
• Must be available to work weekends
