Duties

• Conduct door-to-door outreach to identify potential customers and present AT&T products and services effectively
• Engage in outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing activities to generate leads and follow up with prospects
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage customer information, and update sales pipelines
• Negotiate terms and close sales by demonstrating product benefits tailored to customer needs
• Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, explaining features, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members on marketing strategies and share insights for continuous improvement
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company branding standards during all interactions

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales is preferred
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated success in telemarketing, outbound calling, or door-to-door sales environments
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to team goals
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
