: We're hiring high-drive Roofing Sales Representatives for a performance- driven, grit-based role. This position is for individuals who are competitive, confident, persistent, hungry, and resilient - not for the easily discouraged. You'll engage homeowners, offer free inspections, identify damage, assist with claims, and generate sales opportunities. No roofing experience required - training is provided. Work ethic is what matters.

Responsibilities

:

• Conduct strategic door-to-door outreach and outside sales (residential & commercial)
• Start conversations and build rapport quickly
• Offer free roof inspections and identify potential damage
• Assist homeowners with claims and next steps
• Track leads and follow a proven sales process
