Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a passion for automobiles, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. As Sales Representative you will engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the purchasing process. Our company operates across six locations throughout El Paso, from Horizon to Mesa, as well as one location in Las Cruces, NM. We are seeking individuals who are flexible and open to working at different store locations as needed. Team members may be temporarily reassigned for purposes such as training, coverage, or to meet operational needs. For this reason, adaptability and a positive attitude toward change are essential qualities for this role.

Duties

• Engage with customers to assess their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features to potential buyers.
• Negotiate sales agreements and finalize transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage the sales pipeline effectively, following up on leads and maintaining communication with prospects.
• Utilize software to track customer interactions and manage inventory control.
• Participate in outbound sales efforts, including cold calling potential clients.
• Provide support in marketing initiatives to promote offerings.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and assist in inventory management processes.
• Utilize retail math skills for pricing strategies and upselling opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automotive repairs or retail industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of high-end sales success.
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes is an advantage.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele.
• Excellent public speaking and communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Experience in Auto repair operations is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing inventory and sales records.
• Ability to perform cold calling and follow-up on leads professionally.
