Job Title: Part-Time Real Estate Assistant (Remote) Company: Armstrong Real Estate Company Hours: 25 hours per week Location: Remote (with occasional local errands)

About the Role

Armstrong Real Estate Company is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Part-Time Real Estate Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This role is primarily remote and ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, communicating clearly, and helping a fast- paced real estate business run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, organize, and respond to email correspondence
• Manage calendars and schedule appointments, and meetings
• Coordinate logistics and reminders for important deadlines
• Perform general administrative and office tasks
• Make store pickups or handle small errands as needed (local candidates preferred)
• Assist with document preparation and file organization
• Provide general support to the real estate agent/team as needed

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable using email, calendars, and basic office software (Google Workspace)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
• Prior administrative or real estate experience is a plus but not required Schedule &
