Responsibilities

Duties

:

• Greet and meet potential homebuyers in model homes, online and/or phone inquiries.
• Conduct tours of model homes, showing potential buyers the features and benefitsof the properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs.
• Market the community and company by participation in local events and brokerage visits.
• Assist buyers through every stage of the home buying process, from initial interest to contract signing.
• Present and discuss pricing, financing options, and terms of sale.
• Stay up to date on current housing market trends and competitors offerings.
• Provide accurate information on the local area, schools, ameneties, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including lead tracking, client communication, and contracts.
• Conducting daily subdivision inspections: Community Apperance, Sigage, Inspectinventory under construction and move-in ready homes.
• Complete final walk-through orientation and delivery to sales on unsold homes.

Requirements

:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales experience, preferably in real estate or home sales.
• Knowledge of real estate trends, and mortgage options prefered.
• Ability to work independently and as a team to meet sales targets.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and some Holidays
• Bilingual: English and Spanish preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $37,595.00 per year
