California Beverages -- the company behind California Life Iced Tea -- is expanding across retail channels, and we're looking for driven Territory Sales Executives to join our growing team. You'll be the face of our brand in the field -- driving to retail stores, introducing our beverage line, sampling products, and securing new placements. This is a high-energy, growth-focused role for someone who thrives on results and wants unlimited earning potential through commissions. What You 'll Do:

• Drive a company van to assigned territories and retail accounts.
• Conduct in-store sampling, demos, and presentations to boost product visibility and sell-in.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, distributors, and retail staff.
• Identify new retail opportunities and execute a territory sales plan.
• Ensure all company assets and product displays are properly maintained.
• Report weekly on store visits, orders, and sales progress. What You 'll Need:
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Prior sales experience in beverage, food, or CPG (highly preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, self-starter mentality with a focus on results.
• Ability to lift 30-40 lbs and stand for extended periods during demos. Perks &
