We are in search for talented and outgoing professionals, who are passionate and excited to engage with our patients/clients and who desire to be a part of our growing team at MAC! Our Front Desk Sales Coordinator is key to establishing a relationship with our patients/clients and for setting the tone for the MedSpa experience. The successful candidate must love being involved with our patients/clients, enjoy selling products and consistently delivering outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will be an energetic team player with an encouraging attitude, ensuring that all patients/clients have a positive experience.

Responsibilities

:

• Always be ready to start your shift looking your best & fashion forward
• Welcome all MedSpa Patients/clients according to our Customer Service standards, answer telephone promptly and courteously
• Assist patients/clients by guiding them through our programs, answering their questions and finding the answers to questions if not known
• Be knowledgeable about products, programs, pricing; actively promoting and educating all MedSpa guest
• This position is responsible for meeting and/or exceeding all key performance sales indicators to include: MedSpa memberships, package offerings, retail sales, and maximizing MedSpa traffic
• Experience working in a monthly sales quota structure
• Ability to multi-task and excel in a busy environment and assist the team to run as efficiently and effectively as possible
• Ensures the MedSpa maintains all high standards and a meticulously clean environment
• Appreciates and pays attention to details, upholds high standards, and is reliable and punctual Spa

Requirements

• High school Diploma
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus!
• Desire to learn and be part of a team
• Excellent work ethic
• Available for flexible hours
