Overview

: Join Select Roofing, a trusted name in the roofing industry, as an Entry- Level Sales Representative. Whether you're looking to launch a career in sales or elevate your professional skills, this is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing company. We offer a starting pay of $15/hour , weekly pay , and performance-based bonus and commission opportunities. After completing initial training, you'll transition to a Junior Sales position with commission earnings based on successful contracts.

Responsibilities

:

• Engage with potential clients : Build rapport, conduct needs assessments, and present our roofing services.
• Generate leads : Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and schedule inspections.
• Complete roof inspections : Assist with client inquiries, pricing, and service details.
• Achieve sales goals : Work with the team to meet company sales targets and maximize commissions.
• Provide excellent customer service : Offer homeowners expert advice on the best roofing solutions.
• Collaborate with the team : Share knowledge, ideas, and insights to improve sales performance.
• Training & Development: Attend ongoing sales and safety training to grow your skillset.

Compensation

Structure :

• Starting Pay : $15 per hour during the first 30-day training period.
• Post-Training : Transition to Junior Sales Position, earning 10% commission on the total contract value (example: $12,000 contract = $1,200 commission).
• Bonus for Inspections : Earn $50 for each successful roof inspection you schedule and complete.
• Contract Commissions : Earn $200 per signed contract.
• Weekly Pay : Paid every Friday.
• Additional Incentives : Monthly performance bonuses and commission pay.

Requirements

:

• Strong interest in sales and customer service , with a passion for learning about the roofing industry.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written); Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Comfortable with outbound calling or open to learning telemarketing techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
• Proactive attitude and a willingness to meet sales targets.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
