In this position, you'll play a vital role supporting our field sales reps, learning the ins and outs of the industry, and mastering the systems that have made us one of the fastest-growing roofing companies in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups promptly and professionally
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and communication for the sales and installation teams.
• Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and follow-up materials.
• Remotely sell our proposals - managing the sale full cycle- via phone, email, text, and video.
• Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal teams from project initiation through completion.
• Collaborate closely with sales, production, and management teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience
• Track customer feedback and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Help nurture long-term customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or sales support, preferably in construction, home services, or related industries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using CRM and scheduling software
