As our business expands, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Online Sales Administrator to support our sales operations and customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to online inquiries, emails, and customer messages in a timely and professional manner
• Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups and order coordination
• Manage basic office and administrative tasks related to sales
• Maintain customer records and organize sales information
• Support daily operations and help ensure smooth communication between clients and the sales team
• Assist with online platforms, listings, and basic e-commerce activities

Qualifications

• Basic computer and office software skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Previous office, customer service, or sales support experience is a plus
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Associate's degree or higher in a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative or sales-related experience
• Strong communication skills in English (bilingual is a plus)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
