Overview

Our agency is looking for a confident and highly motivated sales superstar that's interested in a great sales opportunity! As an Insurance Sales Specialist you will handle a large percentage of incoming sales calls and lead the agency in closing business. These calls will be from prospective customers with efficient closing expectations. At our agency cold calling is a last resort! Currently all of our leads come from incoming calls from local networking and advertising! Service responsibilities will be minimal as other team members will handle the majority of those. This is salary position plus commissions and commissions are uncapped. Sales experience is preferred. Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Requirements

• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Be capable of handling customer rejection.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability and drive to meet monthly requirements for production.
• Prior sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Handle incoming calls from prospective customers
• Contact prospective customers via phone and email.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
