Sales Manager - Texas Harley-Davidson (Bedford, TX) Texas Harley-Davidson is hiring an Sales Manager to help lead one of the highest-volume Harley dealerships in Texas. If you have sales leadership experience in automotive, powersports, or retail management , this role puts you in the center of a fast-moving sales floor with real career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach motorcycle sales associates
• Support the GSM with daily sales operations
• Improve team performance through training, role-play, and real-time coaching
• Manage daily KPIs: greets, sit-downs, follow-up, deliveries
• Assist with negotiations and deal structure
• Oversee CRM usage, lead management, and appointment setting
• Help with inventory, merchandising, and showroom presentation
• Participate in weekend events, promotions, and customer engagement What We 're Looking For
• Sales leadership experience (automotive/powersports/retail preferred)
• Strong coaching and communication skills
• Ability to drive team performance and accountability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• CRM experience and strong follow-up habits
