We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals.

Job Summary

: We are seeking a driven Sales Associate to help customers find the right furniture for their home while earning top-tier commission. Our tiered commission structure allows top performers to consistently earn $24,000-$100,00+ per year.

Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist customers in both English and Spanish
• Provide product knowledge and design recommendations
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records
• Promote financing and protection plans
• Follow up on quotes and leads
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and inviting
• Work with the team to meet monthly store goals
• Able to work weekends and peak retail hours (including holidays)

Qualifications

:

• Fluent in English and Spanish is major plus
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and closing skills
• Previous furniture, retail or sales experience preferred
• Passion for home decor and customer service
• Professional, positive, and reliable
