Pay: $40-50K DOE + Commission potential upon full-time permanent hire Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8 AM-5 PM Location: Grand Prairie, TX Our client, a recognized leader in the safety products industry, is seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Manager to expand market presence in the Grand Prairie area. This role is ideal for a competitive, relationship-driven sales professional passionate about protecting the workforce with trusted personal protective equipment (PPE).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development through proactive outbound calling
• Build rapport quickly and foster long-term customer relationships
• Assess client needs and deliver tailored PPE solutions
• Overcome objections, negotiate pricing, and maximize margin growth
• Consistently achieve sales targets and close opportunities with confidence
• Upsell complementary products and services to existing accounts
• Travel up to 33% for customer visits and business development initiatives

Qualifications

• B2B sales background
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated personality
• Excellent phone communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
