Full description of the position

Duties

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register or point-of- sale (POS) system - Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and merchandise displays - Assist with inventory management and restocking - Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required - Strong communication skills in English; multilingual skills are a plus - Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts or change - Proficient in using technology for sales transactions and inventory management - Excellent organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
